Cancellation in case of damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product,
bring it to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately at the time of

The damage and malfunction will be assessed and a solution will be given within
72 hours. If in the opinion of Sri Furniture Village, the product is broken it can

Cancellation in case of wrong product: If the product does not follow the instructions
as per your original order, raise the issue immediately and contact the support

Cancellation in case of change in requirement: You can cancel your order for any product

Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be given to you as per the following guidelines:

from your/customer's premises. After receiving the products back to the warehouse, the refund will be
initiated within 2-3 days. Refunds will be initiated through NEFT, cash or in the manner originally
paid.

Warranty:
Our products come with a warranty period of 36 months, which
covers issues of manufacturing/workmanship defects occurring during the warranty period.
